License Agreement (EULA) Important-read carefully
You agree to be bound by the terms of this EULA by accessing or otherwise Using the Website. If you do not agree, Arden Photographics are unwilling to license the Website to you. In such event, you may not use or copy The Website, and you should promptly contact Arden Photographics for instructions for the return of the unused product(s) in accordance with Arden Photographics return policies.
Website license The Website is protected by copyright laws and International copyright treaties, as well as other intellectual Property laws and treaties. The Website is licensed, not sold. The term "computer" as used herein shall mean the Hardware, if the hardware is a single computer system, or shall mean the system with which the hardware operates, if the hardware is a computer system component.

Copyright All title and intellectual property rights in and to the Website (including but not limited to any images, photographs, animations, video, audio, music, text and "applets," incorporated into the Website), the accompanying printed materials, and any copies of the Website, are owned by Arden Photographics. All title and intellectual property rights in and to the content which may be accessed through use of the Website is the property of the respective content owner and may be protected by applicable copyright or other intellectual property laws and treaties. 4. Product support Product support for the Website is provided by Arden Photographics and the Webmaster of the Arden Photographics Website.
5. Export restrictions You acknowledge that the Website, including without limitation, any Arden Photographics products, if any, which may accompany the Website, is of Australian origin. You agree to comply with all applicable international and national laws that apply to these products, including the Australian export regulations, as well as end-user, end-use and destination restrictions issued by Australian and other governments.
6. Ordering The Website of Arden Photographics contains an Online Secure Order Form, herein referred to as “OSOF”. The OSOF is protected by 128 bit encryption supplied by the Website Storage and Service Provider. When placing an order, You will be given a Receipt number, which is to be used as your reference of the Online transaction. Once an order has been received by Arden Photographics, You will be notified by e-mail as to the total amount of the order, herein referred to as “the total”. At this point you can terminate the order at no cost. Once an order has been processed, You are entitled to a 50% refund of the total. Once receipt of the order has been taken by You, no refund will be given.
7. Refunds Refunds are at the discretion of Arden Photographics.
8. Prices All prices specified are recommended maximum retail prices and are current at the time of publication and are subject to change at any time and from time to time without notice.

Where Arden Photographics deals with your personal information, being an Australian company Arden Photographics is governed by and complies with the National Privacy Principles which are found in Schedule 3 of the Privacy Act 1988 (Commonwealth) (as amended from time to time).
